I have a Bachelor degree in civil engineering. I started my first two years of university studies at the Royal Military College where I had to speak English most of the time. In 1967, I graduated from Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal. I started my carrier as Technical Service Representative for a chemical company where I became specialized in the explosive business. During 15 years I was teaching to blasters and was giving technical advises to the mining, quarrying and constructing industries. I also work for a USA company, also selling explosives; for many years, I was translating in French, all the English technical documentations published by my employer.
Later I stated to work with the provincial government as a professional for safety at work. In 1981, I started to study computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc… I traveled in many countries such as United States, France, Italy, England, Peru, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Columbia, Costa Rica, South Korea and in Canada. |
