Lübbecke, bereits in den fränkischen Reichannalen zum Jahre 775 erwähnt und im Jahre 1279 vom Mindener Bischof Volquin von Schwalenberg zur Stadt erhoben, vermittelt noch heute zahlreiche historische Eindrücke. Das älteste Bauwerk ist die St Andreas Kirche, deren Bau im Jahre 1350 abgeschlossen wurde. Entstanden war eine dreischiffige Hallenkirche, die bis heute weitgehend unverändert ist. | Translation - English
Lübbecke was already mentioned in the year 775 in the franconian Empiral Annals and was elevated to city status in 1279 by Bishop Volquin von Schwalenberg of Minden. This town still provides numerous historical impressions. One example is the oldest building, St. Andreas Church, which was completed in 1350. It consists of a three-naved church hall and is mostly unchanged today. |

Sowohl LH als auch FSH sind Glykoprotein-Hormone,die mit dem TSH und dem humanen Chorion-Gonadotropin (hCG) strukturell eng verwandt sind.Diese Gruppe von Hormonen besteht aus jeweils zwei Polypeptidketten,einer Alpha- Untereinheit und einer Beta-Untereinheit und enthalten Kohlehydratgruppen,die an die AS Asparagin gekoppelt sind.Die Alpha-Untereinheit tritt bei allen diesen Hormonen auf,wohingegen die Beta-Untereinheit für das jeweilige Hormon charakteristisch ist.Sie ist für die biologische Spezifität und die jeweilige spezifische Wirkung des Hormons verantwortlich. | Translation - English
Structure of Gonadotropines
LH as well as FSH are glycoprotein-hormones which are structurally related closely with TSH and chorion-gonadotropine (hCG).This group of hormones each consists of two polypeptide-chains,an alpha-subunit und a beta-subunit, and contains carbonhydrate molecules,which are bound to AS Asparagin.The alpha-subunit is found in all of these hormones,the beta-subunit is only characteristic for the specific hormone.It is responsible for the biological specificity and for the specific efect of the hormone. |
