I am a self-motivated, hardworking, forward-thinking and result driven Brazilian professional with extensive 15 years’ experience as a linguist /writer, especially translating, proof-reading and managing information. I have extensive experience in Technical Interpreting and Translating, especially with terms related to the areas of Engineering, Corporate communications, Press Relations and Commercial language.

I worked as an In-house Translator and Interpreter for a Multinational Engineering Company in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for more than 3 years allocated for an Industrial Construction Project for our National Oil and Gas Company with extensive field experience working directly with the engineering department.

I have international In-house experience in App Localization for children in the Brazilian market, including translation, voiceover script, Apple store publicity text and creation of the voiceover for the Brazilian version.

I have bachelor degree in Communications with emphasis in Journalism and Post-graduate degree course in English Interpretation and Translation. I have strong oral and written communication skills, and a great eye for detail. I am proud of delivering high-quality service in everything I do.

Although I am Brazilian, I joined The British School of Rio de Janeiro since I was less than 2 years old and therefore I am native speaker of both English and Brazilian Portuguese. As well as I can speak Spanish and French.
