Artículo 60.- Comité de Gerencia
6.1. La Unión Temporal será gobernada por un Comité de Gerencia cuya misión será la alta dirección, gestión y control de aquella. El Comité de Gerencia designará de su seno un Presidente que dirigirá sus reuniones, y un Secretario, que llevará y certificará los libros de actas.
6.2. El Comité de Gerencia se reunirá en la forma periódica que por el mismo se acuerde (al menos trimestralmente) y en las ocasiones que se consideren necesarias, mediante la oportuna convocatoria por el presidente. Asimismo, se reunirá a petición justificada, formulada por

El Gerente (definido en el artículo 7) asistirá a las reuniones del Comité, con voz pero sin voto.
6.4. De todas las reuniones del Comité se levantará Acta por el Secretario en la que se reflejarán sucintamente, pero con claridad, los acuerdos adoptados. Dichas actas serán analizadas y firmadas, de conformidad o con las reservas que se invoquen, por todos los asistentes, en la primera sesión inmediatamente posterior que se celebre. Independientemente de su posterior aprobación, el Acta será redactada dentro de los 10 días siguientes a la celebración de la reunión del Cornlté, y será remitido un borrador a todos los miembros, para su conformidad y/o comentarios.
6.5. Los miembros del Comité de Gerencia y el Gerente no percibirán retribución alguna de la Unión.

The Joint Venture shall have the same duration as that of the effective execution of the administrative contract for which it is constructed, including extensions, and until all questions, differences and suits between the company members and the obligations with the contracting organ or third parties are definitively liquidated without reservation; or, when the participating companies unanimously decide for early termination of the Joint Venture . TITLE II. ORGANS OF THE TEMPORATY UNION
Article 6. Management Committee
6.1 The shall be governed by a Management Committee whose mission shall
be guidance, management and control of the same.
6.2 The Management Committee will meet periodically as has been agreed to (at least every
trimester) and when considered necessary, through timely convocation by the president. Similarly, any of the parties may submit a written request for a meeting. The request shall be made 3 days ahead of time, accompanied with the Order of the Day, with no more than 10 days between the request and the meeting.
6.3 In special cases, the Committee members may assist in the meetings of the Management
Committee through an Assessor who may provide his opinion concerning his specialty and notifying the other members of the Management Committee. The manager (defined in article 7) will assist in the Committee meetings but will not vote.
6.4 All of the meetings of the Committee shall include an Act from the Secretary which
succinctly but clearly reflects the adopted agreements. Said Acts shall be analyzed and signed according to the provisos invoked by all of the assistants at the first session immediately after held. Independent of its later approval, the Act shall be published within 10 days after the Committee meeting is held and a draft shall be sent to all members for comment.
6.5 The Management Committee members and the Manager will not be paid by the Union.
