Bio
I have a BA degree in German and Scandinavian Studies from University College London and two Diplomas in Translation from the Institute of Linguists. I have been a full-time translator since 1987, including eight years at Reuters, one year at the European Central Bank and the rest as a freelance translator. I translate from German, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish into English. My experience is mainly in business/financial and EU-related documents, but I will tackle a wide range of subject areas. In addition to working for agencies, I have had freelance contracts with EU institutions for more than 20 years.
