I started studying English when I was 13. It was love at first sight. Everything began when I started translating lyrics of the songs I loved (and I still enjoy very much) from English into my native tongue, Brazilian Portuguese. It is an endless activity since I love it.
I am an English teacher since 2000, a Freelance English–Portuguese translator, proofreader, and subtitler with different spheres of interest.
Bachelor of Arts (2001 - Major: English / Portuguese), I also hold a 360 hour translation certificate (English and Brazilian Portuguese) and another 360 hour diploma in Advanced Studies of English (2010 - Pontifical Catholic University of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS).

With a keen eye for details, has particular knowledge in the field of motor racing and automotive industry as well as academic texts and material related to them.
