1.1.1 These work rules are provided for the purpose of making employees of the company to be aware of the rules, benefits, and welfares provided by the company. These work regulations are for maintaining good relations between the employees and the company in cooperation under these work regulations.
1.1.2 The company may in compliance with the laws and concerned regulations from time to time, alter or amend these regulations in whole or part of it. As it deems appropriate for the purpose of compliance with the operational policy of the company, all employees must strictly comply with the same, when these regulations are announced.
1.1.3 These work regulations shall be effective from October 2011
1.1.4 These regulations shall apply to all employee of Andovar Colombia.

1.1. El presente código de trabajo se proporcionan con el fin de que los empleados de la empresa tengan conocimiento de las reglas y beneficios proporcionados por la empresa. Estas normas de trabajo son para mantener la buena relación entre los empleados y la empresa.
1.1.2. Cuando la empresa considere que es necesario, podrá alterar o modificar este reglamento en su totalidad o en parte, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a las leyes y/o reglamentos pertinentes. Con el fin de cumplir con la política operativa de la empresa, todos los empleados deben cumplir estrictamente con las mismas, desde el momento en que estas se anuncian.

On its surface, Lima is no thing of beauty. A sprawling desert city clinging precariously to dusty cliffs, it spends much of the year marinated in a perpetual fog that turns the sky the color of Styrofoam. It is loud, chaotic, and gritty; much of its architecture is bulky and gray. Foreign travelers tend to scuttle through on their way to more pastoral destinations in the Andes.
This is unfortunate. Lima may not wear its treasures on its sleeve, but peel back the foggy layers and you’ll find pre-Columbian temples sitting silently amid condominium high-rises. Vestiges of colonial mansions proudly display lavish, Moorish-style balconies. And, here and there, graceful modernist structures channel architecture’s most hopeful era.

Una mirada superflua nos hace creer que Lima es una ciudad poco agraciada. Como un desierto, la ciudad parece expandirse aferrada a una débil geografía de acantilados y piedras. La mayor parte del año es una ciudad que esta sumida en una espesa niebla que tiñe la atmosfera de un color plomizo.
Es una ciudad ruidosa y poco elegante, donde la arquitectura imperante es mas bien tosca y gris. Es por todo esto que quizás los turista tienden a no incluirla en su ruta de viaje prefiriendo siempre destinos mas Andinos.
Pero lo cierto es que Lima guarda un as bajo la manga. Afortunados son aquellos que saben apreciarla como lo que es, una ciudad llena de riquezas. Porque mas allá de la densa niebla que la rodea, podrás sentir la armónica convivencia que existe entre los templos pre-colombinos y los altísimos edificios de condominios. Lima asombrara al viajero, ya que le dará la posibilidad de encontrarse con una ciudad de gran diversidad arquitectónica. Repleta de antiguas mansiones coloniales que derrochan lujo, el morisco en muchos de sus bellos balcones y aún mas, Lima también es una ciudad moderna. Modernidad que se manifiesta especialmente a través de imponentes estructuras que son reflejo de una prospera era.
