I lived in Chicago, Illinois, for thirteen years. Since I was at a young age, I was able to learn English as a native language. My family is from Costa Rica and we only speak Spanish within ourselves, that is why Spanish is also a native language to me. In 2008 I graduated from a high school called Liceo Experimental Bilingüe de Belén in Costa Rica. After graduating, I started working for an Interpretation company called Language Line Services for the next two and a half years. During my final year of employment for Language Line Services I was promoted to the relief in-charge supervisor position. Some of my duties included covering shifts for permanent supervisors or covering when there was a backload of supervisor work, being in charge of attendance and overtime, keeping track of all agent and interpreter breaks, agent and interpreter coaching, fixing technical difficulties with computers and equipment, interpretation appointments, monitoring of agents and interpreters and maintaining a customer and employee complaint register. I joined The ACROtranslations Team in June of 2011. Presently, my main goals are to provide the most professional and accurate translations as an active member of The ACROtranslations Team.

My experience allows me to work professionally in the following fields: Accounting, Financing, Dentistry, Economics, Managing and Business Solutions. Besides of my freelancing experience I also have experience in the International Business & Commerce field, thanks to my university major which is the same. I also have experience in other fields such as Website translations (Music & Social Media) and Technical Engineering (electronics field). The ACROtranslations team worries about the nuances and subtleties that add meaning to language, we strive to provide highly comprehensive translations that are accurate at a technical level, and capture the intended meaning of the original document. The founder and CEO of ACROtranslations Team. Besides of his duties as CEO & Project Manager in the team, he also works as EN>ES translator & interpreter and FR>ES translator at a professional level. He has four years of experience in the translation business and is currently enrolled in the Applied Linguistics Major.
