The content of critical emissions in model drawing-out does not exceed the tolerable migration level, integrated figures are within hygienic standards. In regard of relative effective activity tested sample does not exceed the standard for the class 1 construction materials.

The first Russian transaction of CEDC was the purchase with $180.3 mn in cash and 2.2 mn shares of CEDC (for the amount of $129 mn at March 2008 rate) of 85% of the offshore company Copecresto Enterprises, which owned vodka brand Parliament and a distillery in Balashikha (Moscow region). In 2008 besides Russian Alcohol, it acquired for $200 mn in cash and $55 mn in shares, 50% minus one vote (with the right to 75% of the future profit) of one of the largest Russian importers of premium alcohol – the company, Whitehall.
