- It is service business; therefore it can curtail charges for custody.

- Consumers are not aware of the service, therefore investment in advertising is needed to build awareness
Opportunities
• Upward market growth
- Recently, a rate of market growth connected with massage and aroma therapy is upward tendency.
• Completed Hanyang-land
- If Hanyang-land is completed, floating populations will increase.
Threats
• Irregular demand
- Because it is in Hanyang (women) University, during school vacation, it doesn’t have enough customers.
• Appearance Great Competitors
- Because it is in introductory stage, the penetration barrier of competitors is low; therefore whenever great competitors can appear.
BCG Matrix
- E-clinic is in question mark section.
- High growth rate: People want to be healthy; especially twenty’s and thirty’s have heavy concern about massage and aroma therapy.
- Low relative market share: Aroma therapy and massage have many different types; what is more, our ear care system is unfamiliar, accordingly it is difficult to be chosen by customers.
- Conclusion:
We have to promote with variety methods, and attack niche market with only ear treating.

Source text - English The sky-high price of gasoline has fueled a dispute between local oil companies and credit card firms on whether handling fees charged by the latter is contributing to the high fuel costs. With the government getting ready to put pressure on oil companies to contain rising gasoline prices, the oil industry has cried foul over the 1.5 percent credit card handling fee since it adds to the cost of gasoline. Since the gasoline tax accounts for nearly half of retail gasoline prices, various institutions and consumer associations, including the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, have suggested that a more fundamental solution is to cut the gasoline tax.
