As a translator/interpreter, I work in the medical and legal fields as well as in literary translation. I have one year experience in the Legal/Medical fields and three years experience as a literary translator. I have studied Spanish, Latin American, British and American literature at the graduate level which has allowed me to develop an eye for literary technique and style. I also enjoyed a short career as a visual artist before trading in my brushes and pencils for a word processor.

I have lived, worked and studied in Spain, Latin America and the United States which has given me an in-depth understanding of the linguistic nuance of American English and a wide variety of Spanish dialects.

Translation and Interpretation of Legal and Medical information excites another interest in me; the pursuit of perfection. The precision and correctness of meaning that these two fields require is both challenging and rewarding.
