2. Control y aceptación:

- El control de la documentación de los suministros.
- El control mediante distintivos de calidad o evaluaciones técnicas de idoneidad.
- El control mediante ensayos.
- Para el control de la documentación de los suministros. Los suministradores entregarán al constructor, quien los facilitará a la dirección facultativa, los documentos de identificación del producto exigidos por la normativa de obligado cumplimiento y, en su caso, por el proyecto o por la dirección facultativa. Esta documentación comprenderá, al menos, los siguientes documentos:
- Los documentos de origen, hoja de suministro y etiquetado.
- El certificado de garantía del fabricante, firmado por persona física.
- Los documentos de conformidad o autorizaciones administrativas exigidas reglamentariamente, incluida la documentación correspondiente al marcado CE de los productos de construcción, cuando sea pertinente, de acuerdo con las disposiciones que sean transposición de las Directivas Europeas que afecten a los productos suministrados.

In accordance with the CTE the control of on site receipt of products, equipment and systems will be done according to the following:
- Control of on site receipt of products, equipment and systems.
- Control of documentation of suppliers.
- Control by means of a distinctive mark of quality or technical evaluations of approval.
- Control by means of testing.
- In order to carry out documentation control of suppliers, the suppliers shall provide the contractor with identification documents of the products ordered under the mandatory fulfilment regulations and the constructor will then pass these on to the Project Management Team. These documents will also be given if stated in the project regulations or demanded by the Project Management Team.
- This documentation will include, at least the following documents:
- The documents of origin, supply form and label.
- The manufacturer’s certificate of guarantee, signed by hand.
- The administrative approval or authorisation documents demanded in accordance with law, including that documentation corresponding to the EC mark of construction products and, when appropriate, in accordance with the laws that are incorporations from the European Directives on supplied products.

Source text - French J’ai bien noté dans mon rapport que Madame **** a consulté son médecin traitant le 21 octobre 2009 et le 21 décembre 2009 pour des douleurs au niveau de sa hanche et de son membre inférieur.
Cette symptomatologie peut évoquer un syndrome piriforme (piriformis syndrome), en effet certaines douleurs fessières irradiant dans le membre inférieur peuvent être à l’origine d’une douleur au niveau du muscle piriforme , le muscle piriforme est un muscle qui se trouve dans le bassin à la partie antérieure du sacrum et qui rejoint le fémur.
Les mécanismes douloureux de ce muscle sont complexes, ils sont souvent en rapport avec des pathologies lombaires ou une irritation des nerfs qui passent à proximité.
Cette pathologie n’est pas en rapport direct, certain et exclusif avec l’accident, car je rappelle que Madame **** a présenté une torsion de sa cheville, le diagnostic retenu a été : entorse de la cheville.
Secondairement il est apparu des douleurs dans les talons fasciite plantaire (plantar fascitis) qui a nécessité deux infiltrations, elles peuvent être rattachées à son entorse de cheville car cette pathologie entraine une boiterie et des modifications de l’appui, elles peuvent entrainer à moyen terme des douleurs du talon.
Translation - English I duly stated in my report that Ms. **** consulted her General Practitioner on the 21st of October 2009 and on the 21st of December 2009 for pains that she encountered in her hip and lower limb.
This symptomatology can lead to a piriformis syndrome, in actual fact certain gluteus pains originating from the lower limb can be the source of pain in the piriformis muscle, the piriformis muscle is a muscle that is found in the pelvis at the frontal section of the sacrum and which joins with the femur.
The pain sensitive mechanisms of this muscle are complex; they are often linked with lumbar vertebrae pathology or an irritation of the nerves which run close to it.
This pathology is not directly, specifically or solely linked to the accident, because I recall that Ms. **** had a sprained ankle, the stated diagnostic was: spraining of the ankle.
Secondly, she has experienced pain in the plantar fasciitis heels which required two injections, these could relate to her sprained ankle because this pathology causes a limp and a change in terms of how one supports their weight, she could experience pain in the heels in the middle term.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:
Blood Pressure: 100/70. Heart rate 68bpm. Conscious. Orientated. Extrinsic ocular motility: retained. Isocoric pupils. Rest of cranial nerves normal.
Bruise on right arm.

Working with languages has been a passion of mine since a very early age and I employ this enthusiasm in my everyday work.
After finishing secondary school with the highest qualification awarded in French I went on to study French and Spanish language with European Union Studies at Edinburgh University, Scotland. This course gave me a lot of valued information in regards to international organisations and legal aspects falling under EU law as well as further understanding and study of the Spanish and French language.
However,although greatly informative, the course did not provide me with the skills that I wanted in order to work translating and interpreting material from French and Spanish into my mother tongue. Therefore, I changed courses and studied an MA in Interpretation and Translation French & Spanish at Heriot Watt University, achieving a 2:1 MA with honours. This course allowed me to gain much further understanding of international matters as well as great translation and interpretation skills. Having chosen Economics as an elective I also gained a significant economic and financial knowledge base which I have found extremely useful in my translation work.
During my time at university I volunteered as a translator to gain first hand experience of the translation market and I also interpreted at such events as the Edinburgh International Film Festival. I also went on to complete a 3 month freelance internship with Wolfestone Translations following my degree.
I have now been working for 2 years as a freelance translator having gained many successful projects with acknowledged companies such as Kwintessential Translations and Pearl Linguistics.
I have carried out 10,000 + word projects in many areas such as medical, construction, defence and legal topics to mention a few as well as significant experience in economical, financial and international organisation texts.
