This Code of Ethics (the “Code”) applies to all Associates of XXX, is part of the Company’s ethics and compliance program, and is the framework for the high standards we envision. It does not include all company policies or the rules and regulations that apply to every situation and should be viewed as part of the policies, procedures, and requirements of the law that guide you in your daily work. The Code is not a contract of employment and does not create any contractual rights of employment between you and the Company. Employment is on an “at will” basis, where permitted by law, meaning that you can terminate the employment at any time, for any reason, just as the Company may terminate your employment at any time, with or without notice, with or without cause. Only the Senior Vice President-Human Resources-XXX may make another agreement with an Associate concerning the length of employment, which must be in writing and signed by both parties. | Translation - Dutch
