Caractéristiques intrinsèques du projet EIP
1. La plateforme EIP a pour vocation d’intégrer des flux variés de provenance diverses à tout moment
2. De multiples projets doivent intégrer des systèmes différents, existants ou non
1. Ces projets viennent avec leurs contraintes techniques, de sécurité, de dates, etc.
2. La maturité des projets en phase d’intégration n’est pas uniforme
3. L’écosystème applicatif ABC est très vaste, cependant ce sont souvent les mêmes systèmes (backends) qui sont connectés entre eux ou avec de nouveaux systèmes.
4. La backlog EIP sera a priori continue (pas de backlog décidée et figée au début du projet, les priorités entre flux peuvent changer à tout moment). Le flux entrant est fort en 20XX. Et la totalité de la backlog - ainsi que les priorités - n’est pas encore connue pour le S2 20XX.
En conséquence, le modèle le plus adapté nous semble être un modèle où on doit être capable de délivrer des flux complets en un temps limité, avec une backlog changeante et priorisée régulièrement.

Consequently, the most suitable model seems to be one where we must be able to deliver complete flows within restricted time periods, with an evolving backlog prioritised at regular intervals.

Source text - French Le système R est un système de commande et du contrôle centralisé qui gère la concession d’E. Ce système a été mis en service à la mise en exploitation d’E. Le R s’interface avec le système de signalisation (enclenchement PRCI- MCKT). Les fonctions principales du système sont : commande et contrôle, le suivi des trains, l’ARS, la régulation du trafic, etc.
Le PRCI-MCKT est un enclenchement à relais avec des cartes MCKT réalisant la télécommande d’un poste. Le PRCI-MCKT est un enclenchement à transit souple. Trois postes, A, B et C gèrent chaque terminal (C et F). Les crossovers en tunnel sont gérés par les postes de crossover UK et FR.
La protection HGV est mise en place pour assurer que le premier train suivant la navette camions s’arrête à une distance de cette navettes supérieure à une valeur fixée. Cette distance doit permettre le rebroussement des trains situés derrière une navette camions en feu avant qu’ils soient atteints par la fumée.
Le projet de modernisation de l’exploitation ferroviaire a pour le but de régénérer le système de Contrôle, Commande et de Signalisation.
L’architecture DAS est composée des équipements sol et à bord de chaque navette. La conception d’un DAS doit permettre la conduite aussi bien en E qu’en T. Le DAS doit être évolutif et adaptable pour prendre en compte des évolutions du système de commande-contrôle (R vers R NG) ainsi que du système ISIS OPS (système d’information).
Translation - English The R system is a centralized command-control system that manages the E concession. This system was commissioned for E operation. The R interfaces with the signaling system (PRCI-MCKT (computer-controlled all-relay interlocking-remote-controlled command-control module) interlocking). The main functions of the system are: command and control, train tracking, ARS, traffic regulation, etc.
PRCI-MCKT is a relay interlocking with MCKT cards performing the remote control of a station. PRCI-MCKT is a solid-state interlocking. Three stations, A, B and C manage each terminal (C and F). The tunnel crossovers are managed by the UK and FR crossover stations.
HGV protection has been implemented to ensure that the first train following the car shuttle train stops at a distance from this shuttle, greater than a fixed value. This distance must allow reversing trains located behind a car shuttle train on fire before they are engulfed by smoke.
The objective of the rail operation modernization project is to renew the Command-Control and Signaling system.
The DAS architecture consists of ground and on-board equipment for each shuttle. The DAS design must enable driving in both E and T. The DAS must be scalable and adaptable to take into consideration enhancements to the command-control (R to R NG) and the ISIS OPS (information system) systems.

Source text - French Cette étude s’inscrit dans l’axe Chimie-Biologie Anti-âge. L’adénosine est une molécule de référence dans cet axe. Elle a été testée in vivo dans des études réalisées par la R et par les SDV dans différentes formulations.
L’objectif de cette étude d’absorption est de déterminer la distribution cutanée de l’adénosine formulé dans quatre de ces supports et de positionner l’adénosine par rapport à son dérivé lipophile, le R.
Les quatre formulations étudiées seront :
- n° 657 : 0.1% dans l’H/E I®
- n° 553 C : 0.1% dans l’E/H à l’A LNC®
- n° 552 C : 0.1% dans une émulsion inverse siliconé type V®
- n° 552 : 1% dans une émulsion inverse siliconé type V®
Cette étude sera effectuée sur peau humaine entière. Les échantillons cutanés seront isolés en cellules de diffusion type LGA® (surface d’application 2 cm²), en mode statique, pendant un temps de désorption de 16 heures. Les formulations seront appliquées à raison de 2 mg/cm².
L’absorption et la distribution cutanée de l’adénosine seront mesurées 16 heures après l’application des formules, en évaluant la concentration en [14C]-adénosine et/ou dérivés [14C] dans les compartiments suivants :
• Excès en surface
• Stratum corneum
• Epiderme malpighien
• Derme complet
• Liquide récepteur
Translation - English This study is in the anti-aging domain. Adenosine is a reference compound in this domain. It has been tested in vivo in studies performed by R and by SDVs in various formulations.
The objective of this study on absorption is to determine the cutaneous distribution of adenosine formulated in four of these mediums and to position adenosine with respect to its lipophile derivative, R.
The four formulations to be studied shall be:
- No. 657: 0.1% in O/W I®
- No. 553 C: 0.1% in W/O with A LNC®
- No. 552 C: 0.1% in a reverse siliconated emulsion like V®
- No. 552: 1% in a reverse siliconated emulsion like V®
This study shall be performed on whole human skin. Cutaneous samples will be isolated on LGA® type diffusion cells (2cm2 application area), in static mode, for 16 hours of desorption time. The formulations will be applied at 2mg/cm2.
Adenosine absorption and cutaneous distribution will be measured 16 hours after the application of formulae, by evaluating the adenosine-[14C] and/or derivatives [14C] concentration in the following compartments:
o Surface excess
o Stratum Corneum
o Viable epidermis
o Whole dermis
o Receptor fluid

Source text - French De la Nullité Partielle
Si une partie ou la totalité d’une quelconque clause du présent Protocole d’Accord est déclarée nulle ou n’est pas susceptible d’exécution en vertu d’une disposition légale ou d’une décision de justice, la partie nulle sera réputée omise et la validité ou la force exécutoire du Protocole d’Accord n’en sera pas affectée.
Toutefois, si la nullité porte sur une clause essentielle et déterminante du Protocole d’Accord, celui-ci devra faire l’objet d’une nouvelle rédaction constatée par un avenant signé par les deux Parties.
De la cession
Il est convenu entre Parties qu’aucune d’elles ne pourra céder partiellement ou totalement le présent Protocole d’Accord à des tiers sans l’accord de l’autre partie.
Sous réserve de la non objection de l’autre partie, chaque partie se réserve le droit de s’associer ou d’inviter à se joindre à elle tout autre groupe, compagnie susceptible d’avoir un impact positif sur le Projet.
Translation - English Partial Invalidity
If a part or all of any provision of this MOU is declared null or is not subject to execution under a legal provision or court decision, the invalid part will be deemed omitted and the validity or enforceability of the MOU will remain unaffected.
However, if the invalidity is based on an operative and essential clause of the Memorandum of Understanding, it will be redrafted and certified through an amendment signed by both Parties.
Cession
It is agreed that neither Party may assign part or all of the present Memorandum of Understanding to third parties without the consent of the other party.
Subject to non-objection of the other Party, each Party reserves the right to join or invite to join any other group or company that may have a positive impact on the Project.
