VELOCIDAD - comunica con espontaneidad y notable soltura incluso en discursos más bien largos y complejos, acercándose, si lo desea, a las 2.5 a 3 palabras por segundo.
FRAGMENTACIÓN - no fragmenta su discurso. La desenvoltura y la agilidad es la norma. El oyente no necesita realizar el menor esfuerzo para la recepción de su mensaje.
CORRECCIÓN GRAMATICAL - posee buen dominio gramatical aunque raramente pueden aún presentarse errores no sistemáticos o defectos menores que generalmente autocorrige.

In the last month three of my friends decided to buy new computers thanks to a special deal offered by a major supplier. Each computer came with a huge hard disk, tons of memory, Windows XP Home Edition, and an entire suite of software including Microsoft Office. Since I serve as "computer guru" to each of the three, they all called me to announce the great deal. As soon as they said Office was included, I knew what was coming. Sure enough, all three ended up asking me exactly the same question: What’s the difference between Outlook and Outlook Express, and which one should I use?

The similarities
Both Outlook and Outlook Express handle the basics of Internet mail, including an address book, message rules, user-created folders, and support for POP3, IMAP, and HTTP mail accounts. Both were developed by Microsoft and so have a somewhat similar appearance. Both contain the word “Outlook” in their names. Believe it or not, that’s just about all they have in common.

Source text - English There are two points to consider in any debate on ethics in business. One is how central or peripheral ethics is to management; the other is whether to take a descriptive or a normative view of ethics.
In an article inquiring into the role of ethics in strategic planning, Hosmer claims that ethics should be central to the activities of managers in companies. His argument is not simply that ethical behavior leads to improved business performance, as Schwab suggests in a reply, but that all human action is eminently practical and, therefore, so too are the actions of managers.
However, Hosmer seems to base the supposed centrality of ethics on a purely descriptive account of the various ethical theories, simply stating the principles on which they are built. We believe that ethical debate should not merely present a selection of theories so that everyone can choose the one he likes best, as in a supermarket. Yet this is what one finds in most published textbooks on business ethics.
We would like to go a step further and conduct a critical analysis of the various theories to see which one best reflects the true nature of human action.
Translation - Italian In qualsiasi dibattito sull’etica d’impresa vanno considerati due aspetti fondamentali: uno relativo a quanto essa sia centrale o periferica rispetto al management, l’altro riguardante la scelta del punto di vista da adottare tra quello descrittivo e quello normativo.
In un articolo che riflette sul ruolo dell’etica nella pianificazione strategica, Hosmer afferma che essa dovrebbe essere centrale nelle attività dei manager d’azienda. La sua argomentazione non riguarda semplicemente il fatto che un comportamento etico ha come risultato un miglior rendimento aziendale, come suggerisce Schwab in una replica, ma che tutte le azioni umane sono soprattutto pratiche e, pertanto, lo sono anche quelle dei manager d’azienda.
