3-1 Work Periods:
The work periods are decided by the Company according to the Client requirements.
The basic work period for field operation employees consists of "on site" (Shift) and "off site" periods.
The responsibility of being informed about the work periods lies with the Employee.
The duration of the "on site" period shall be defined in the Mission Order established and agreed on by the COMPANY and the Client and signed by the Employee, The Mission Order typically outlines specific elements like the function/job title of the Employee, potential additional functions/jobs, the dates of the first and last work days of the mission, etc.

The COMPANY may from time to time request an extension to the normal tours of duty (Shifts.)
It is expected that both the Employee and the COMPANY discuss and agree on the specific terms of the extension.
The COMPANY may prematurely terminate a Shift if one of the events described in Paragraph 2~2-1 occurs. The Employee may prematurely terminate a Shift with the consent of the COMPANY and in case of a significant personal event only.
A necessary repatriation of the Employee triggered by an accident or an illness puts a premature end to a Shift ex officio. The impact on the Employee's salary of such an event shall be evaluated in due time by the parties involved with regard to the mutual obligations agreed to in this contract.
The Employee commits to honouring the legal rest periods.
3-2 Work Location:
The sites of operation are determined in the relevant Mission Orders.
3-3 Obligations of the Employee:
3-3-1 Employee Relations:
The COMPANY expects all employees to adhere to a certain standard of conduct in order to maintain the high standards of the Client and to create a positive work environment for all. Customers of the Client and co-workers (whether of the Client or the COMPANY) should be treated with respect and integrity and the Employee is expected to maintain a high standard of professional conduct.
3-3-2 As an employee of the COMPANY, the Employee shall:
(a) carry out those duties for which he has been specifically engaged as set out in the "Specific Conditions" hereto and the Mission Order and undertake such other duties as the COMPANY may from time to time reasonably assign to him;
(b) in the discharge of such duties be responsible both to the COMPANY and to the Client or its representatives and shall comply with all lawful orders given to him by the Client or the CO MP ANY and shall discharge his/her duties in accordance with those operating regulations and rules specified by the Client.
When arriving on the site of operation the Employee shall familiarize himself with the technical/operational documentation of the Client in a way to be determined with the Client;
(c) in the event that any orders given to him by the Client conflict with orders given by the COMPANY, obey and comply with those orders of the COMPANY;
(d) have due regard both for the laws of the country in which he is required to carry out his/her duties hereunder and for the internal rules and discipline enforced by the Client;
(e) report to that representative of the Client named in the "Specific Conditions" hereto or the Mission Order.

(f) for the entire duration of the present contract, including the "off site" periods, inform the Client of any paid work carried out for any person/employer/company other than the Client.
3-3-3 Qualifications:
(a) The Employee certifies by the signing hereof that he has those qualifications set out in the "Specific Conditions" and hereby undertakes that he will use his/her best endeavours to maintain those qualifications and shall inform the COMPANY of any change thereof.
The Employee, if employed as a pilot, is responsible for the validity of his/her licences, type rating and checks. Upon arrival on the site of operation he shall advise the Client of the dates of validity of all the documents necessary to carry out the duties as specified in the "Specific Condi tions".
The Employee, if employed as an engineer, is responsible for the validity of his/her professional documents and shall follow their renewal.
The Employee will ensure that the validity period of all necessary documents covers the duration of his/her tour of duty.
(b) The Employee hereby undertakes that he will immediately advise the COMPANY and the Client (as defined in the "Specific Conditions") of any cause or reason which will prevent him from properly performing his/her duties under this contract.
3-3-4 Administration:
The Employee shall verify to keep a minimum validity of 8 (Eight) months on his/her passport and shall have a valid vaccination record and international driving licence.
It is the Employee's responsibility to verify that the validity of the visa covers the duration of his/her duty tour.

Article 3- Horaires de Travail
3.1 Périodes de Travail
Les périodes de travail sont déterminées par la COMPAGNIE d’après les exigences du Client.
La période de travail habituelle pour le personnel de terrain est constituée de périodes « sur site » (shift/poste de rotation) et de périodes « hors site ».
Il incombe à l’Employé de s’informer sur les périodes de travail.
La durée de la période « sur site » sera définie dans l’Ordre de Mission établi d’un commun accord par la COMPAGNIE et le Client, et signé par l’Employé. L’Ordre de Mission souligne normalement les éléments spécifiques tels que la fonction/le titre professionnel de l’Employé, ses fonctions/postes supplémentaires potentiels, les dates des premiers et derniers jours de mission, etc.
La COMPAGNIE peut, de temps en temps, exiger une extension des périodes de service habituelles (shifts/postes de rotation). Il est entendu que l’Employé et la COMPAGNIE déterminent d’un commun accord les termes spécifiques de l’extension.
En cas d’évènements décrits dans le paragraphe 2-2-1, la COMPAGNIE peut mettre fin à un poste de rotation de manière anticipée. L’Employé ne peut mettre fin à un poste de rotation de manière anticipée et avec l’accord de la COMPAGNIE, qu’en cas d’évènement personnel majeur.
Un rapatriement nécessaire de l’Employé suite à un accident ou à une maladie, met fin d’office de manière anticipée à un poste de rotation. L’impact d’un tel évènement sur le salaire de l’Employé sera évalué en temps voulu par les parties concernées, en tenant compte des obligations mutuelles convenues dans le présent contrat.
L’Employé s’engage à respecter les périodes légales de repos.
3.2 Lieu de travail
Les lieux d’affectation sont déterminés dans les Ordres de Mission concernés.
3.3 Engagements de l'Employé
3.3.1 Relations entre Employés
La un poste de rotation attend de tous ses employés qu’ils adhèrent à une certaine conduite afin de se satisfaire aux niveaux élevés d’exigences du Client et créer un environnement de travail positif pour tous. La clientèle du Client et les collaborateurs (du Client ou de la COMPAGNIE) seront traités avec respect et intégrité et il est attendu de l’Employé qu’il maintienne les normes élevées de probité professionnelle.
3.3.2 En tant qu'employé de la COMPAGNIE, l'Employé doit :
(a) effectuer les fonctions pour lesquelles il a été spécifiquement engagé, comme indiqué dans la section «Conditions Particulières» ci-jointe et l'Ordre de Mission et remplir les autres fonctions que la COMPAGNIE pourrait, de temps à autre, et de façon raisonnable lui confier ;
(b) dans l'exercice de ces fonctions, rendre compte à la fois à la COMPAGNIE et au Client ou ses représentants et se conformer aux ordres légitimes qui lui sont données par le Client ou la COMPAGNIE et doit s'acquitter de ses fonctions conformément aux règles de fonctionnement et régulations spécifiées par le Client.
En arrivant sur le lieu d’affectation, l'Employé doit se familiariser avec la documentation technique / opérationnelle du Client selon une procédure déterminée avec le Client ;
(c) dans le cas où les ordres donnés par le Client rentrent en conflit avec les ordres donnés par la COMPAGNIE, obéir et se conformer aux ordres de la COMPAGNIE ;
(d) tenir dûment compte à la fois de la législation du pays dans lequel il doit effectuer ses fonctions ci-après et du règlement interne et disciplinaire imposé par le Client ;
(e) faire un rapport au représentant du Client nommé dans les «Conditions Particulières» ci-jointes ou dans l'Ordre de Mission.
(f) pour toute la durée du présent contrat, y compris les périodes « hors site », informer le Client de tout travail rémunéré effectué pour toute personne / employeur / entreprise autre que le Client.
3.3.3 Qualifications
(a) L'employé certifie par la signature des présentes qu'il possède les qualifications énoncées dans les «Conditions Particulières» et s'engage par la présente à veiller de son mieux au maintien de ces qualifications et à informer la COMPAGNIE de toute modification de celles-ci.
L'Employé, s'il est employé en tant que pilote, est responsable de la validité de ses licences, qualifications de type et contrôles de compétences. Dès son arrivée sur le lieu d’affectation, il doit informer le Client des dates de validité de tous les documents nécessaires à la bonne exécution des fonctions mentionnées dans les «Conditions Particulières».
L'Employé, s'il est employé comme ingénieur, est responsable de la validité de ses documents professionnels et doit s’assurer de leur renouvellement.
L’Employé veillera à ce que la période de validité de tous les documents nécessaires couvre la durée de sa période de service.
(b) L’Employé s'engage par la présente à aviser immédiatement la COMPAGNIE et le Client (tel que défini dans les «Conditions Particulières») de toute cause ou raison qui l'empêcherait de bien exercer ses fonctions en vertu du présent contrat.
3.3.4 Engagement Administratif
L'employé s’assurera et veillera au maintien d’une période de validité minimale de 8 (huit) mois de son passeport et aura un carnet de vaccination à jour et un permis de conduire international.
Il incombe à l'Employé de vérifier que la validité du visa couvre la durée de sa période de service.

Our company is located in the Northwest region of Colombia, which is widely known for being the only place where Fresh Hydrangeas can grow throughout the whole year.
The Hydrangeas produced by Country Flowers are fresh packed and shipped directly from our farms to the end importer/buyers, thereby avoiding any intermediary party or trader. For this reason, the delivery process is much shorter, putting the life of the Hydrangeas at a much lower risk of arriving damaged. At the same time, our company is strategically located near the Rionegro Airport (Antioquia) – about 20 minutes away.

Farming
We have more than 70 hectares of open land. Our Hydrangeas are not cultivated in Greenhouses which create Visual Pollution on the landscape. This makes us an Environmental Friendly Company and in turn our Hydrangea crops make the landscape more beautiful.

Immortalized Hydrangea
The immortalized hydrangea comes from the Green Antique Flower.
This hydrangea flower will stay on the plant until it has reached a very mature age when it can be cut. Once it is taken or cut from the plant it needs to be placed in a flower vase with water for 15 days until it becomes immortalized –a feeling similar to artificial flowers. After it has reached this final stage it can be placed in any other vase for decoration without using any water.
If the client wishes, we can apply the immortalized process or ship it as soon as it is cut from the plant.

Hortensia Immortalisée
L’Hortensia immortalisé vient de la fleur verte de l’Antiquité.
Ce type d’hortensia ne sera récolté qu’à un âge très avancé. Une fois récolté, il est placé dans un vase à fleur avec de l’eau pendant 15 jours, jusqu’à ce qu’il soit immortalisé; il ressemblera alors à une fleur artificielle. Après cette phase finale, il peut être mis dans un autre vase, sans eau.
A la demande du client, nous pouvons procéder à l’immortalisation ou alors expédier la fleur fraichement récoltée.
