AMO, rappresentata in Italia da Servotecnica (Nova Milanese, MI), è specializzata nella costruzione di sistemi di misura angolari di precisione e ad alta velocità, adatti all’utilizzo in ambienti di lavoro gravosi, in cui sono presenti olio e sporco. Il sistema AMO – presentato alla scorsa edizione della BIMU - è composto da una testina con protezione IP65 ed uscite TTL o 1 Vpp e un anello di acciaio su cui è inciso un reticolo. Il principio di misura Amosin® è puramente induttivo e si basa sul cambiamento di mutua induttanza che avviene quando la testina con gli avvolgimenti si muove rispetto al reticolo.
Gli impieghi tipici per i trasduttori AMO, che raggiungono 2” di precisione per gli anelli più grandi e 30000 rpm di velocità per gli anelli più piccoli, sono le tavole rotanti, le teste di lavorazione e gli elettromandrini.
Translation - English Linear and rotary measuring systems
AMO, represented in Italy by Servotecnica (Nova Milanese, MI), is specialized in the construction of fast and high precision angular measuring systems suited to harsh working environments, and able to resist oil and dirt. The AMO system – presented at the latest edition of BIMU – comprises a head with IP65 protection, TTL or 1 Vpp output and a steel ring with core. The Amosin® measurement systems function on the principle of a transformer with a moving reluctance core: the mutual inductance of the windings of a transformer changes in accordance with the relative position of the core. Typical use of AMO transducers, which attain 2” precision with the larger rings and 30000 rpm speed with the smaller rings, are turntables, processing heads and electromandrels.
