1.1 DOCUMENT PURPOSE
Document describes system user work scenario within the framework of BP1, Client Data Management. A document allows all interested parties to get answers to the following questions:
• What customization is required in order to achieve target system status.
• What is the algorithm of user actions within the framework of process BP1, Client Data Management within and outside the system.
• What set of interfaces and attributes thereof will be used in user work within the framework of process BP1, Client Data Management.
The document unambiguously identifies a final list of primary and alternative scenarios to be used within the framework of process BP1, Client Data Management. List and content of primary and alternative scenarios as well as open issues within the framework of this process cannot be amended outside this document. Any subsequent changes and additions to scenarios have to be reviewed within the procedure of project change management set out in Project Charter document.
This scenario fully implements all business requirements set out in BP1 Client Data Management and does not contravene the business process.
2. BP1 Client Data Management
2.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Within the framework of this business process Operator creates Organization Card and fills in required fields. While filling required fields, CRM checks uniqueness of Organization Card by a set of unique fields and its similarity with existing Organization Cards. If the new Organization Card is unique – it is saved in CRM. Operator who creates Organization Card is its default Owner. After saving Organization Card, the Operator fills recommended and other fields.
In CRM Holding type Organization Card is created by the System Business Administrator.
If necessary, client data Business Administrator changes Organization Card Owner.
During work with Organization Card, Organization Card Owner updates data, initiates inclusion into Holding, confirms inclusion of lower-level organization into Holding, adds (removes) Users to the Manager Team for his Organization.
User who has no Organization Card update rights initiates requests to Organization Card Owner and Client Data Business Administrator for data update, Organization inclusion into Holding, and inclusion to Manager Team.

• Какие доработки необходимо сделать, чтобы достигнуть целевого состояния системы;
• Каков алгоритм действий пользователей в рамках процесса БП1 «Управление клиентскими данными» как в системе, так и вне ее;

2. БП1 Управление клиентскими данными
2.1 ОБЩЕЕ ОПИСАНИЕ
В рамках данного бизнес-процесса Оператор создает Карточку Организации и заполняет обязательные поля. В процессе заполнения обязательных полей CRM проверяет уникальность создаваемой Карточки Организации по набору уникальных полей и ее схожесть с существующими Карточками Организаций. Если новая Карточка Организации уникальна – она сохраняется в CRM. Оператор, создавший Карточку Организации, по умолчанию является ее Владельцем. После сохранения Карточки Организации Оператор заполняет рекомендуемые и прочие поля.
В CRM Карточку Организации с типом «Холдинг» создает Бизнес Администратор системы.
При необходимости Бизнес-Администратор клиентских данных изменяет Владельца Карточки Организации.
В процессе работы с Карточкой Организации Владелец Карточки Организации актуализирует данные, инициирует включение в Холдинг, подтверждает включение нижестоящей Организации в Холдинг, добавляет (исключает) Пользователей в Команду менеджеров по своей Организации.
Пользователь, не имеющий права актуализирования Карточки Организации, инициирует запросы Владельцу Карточки Организации и Бизнес Администратору Клиентских данных на актуализацию данных, включение Организации в Холдинг, включение в Команду менеджеров.
