Source text - English Summary:
The project consists of the installation of fire protection systems for protection of Xxxx Xxxx xx Building.
The protection comprises an automatic deluge system protecting the oil units cutoff room and another protecting the area beneath the turbine generator, and a manually operated deluge spray system protecting the turbine generator operating floor.
The existing mill water supply is not capable to supply the proposed fire protection system, as outlined in the submittal.
An improved water supply is planned to be installed with Modernization Project Step 2.
As discussed in the project meeting held on xx/xx/xxx, not all details are available for review at this moment:
location of hangers, sway braces, among other seismic protection details are not prepared.
This letter presents comments for enhancing the proposed protection system.
We recommend that these comments are incorporated into the project, and revised plans with the additional details are forwarded for our review.
Recommendations for the Project:
Spray nozzles planned for the perimeter of the building should be omitted.
These spray nozzles are located along axle B, along axle A (between axles 1 and 2) and also along axle 1.
As discussed in the project meeting held on xx/xx/xxx, there will be trenches around the turbine generator footprint on the ground floor, designed to drain fire water and oil away from the building.
Because of such a drainage system, these spray nozzles would have no effect on the fire, and would unnecessarily reduce the amount of water delivered to the fire area.
Hydraulic calculations should consider the simultaneous operation of sprinkler beneath operating floor and the spray system at the operating floor.
Should a fire occur at the operating floor, the ignited oil will tend to flow to the space beneath the turbine generator.
The spray deluge protection at the operating floor should operate automatically.
Drawing should show detail of piping near bearings and spray discharge profile in order to confirm appropriate coverage of the area exposed to oil spill.

I am an English<>Spanish translator graduated from Olga Cossettini Institute in Rosario, Argentina. I started my career in a translation agency as an in-house translator, where I met some peers who share the same values and attitude towards this profession: commitment and detail-oriented perspective to guarantee the best quality. After eighteen months, I decided to start my freelance career in New Zealand, where I lived one year in different cities across the country.
When I arrived to Argentina, I found that two of my best mates were working in another agency as in-house translators. Therefore, I decided to apply for a position as Language Coordinator, not only to share a working environment with my mates, but also to gain more experience and excel my qualities as translator, editor, and language coordinator. Again, after a year and a half, I decided to keep growing as a freelancer, but in another place.
Today, with 11 years of experience, I find myself living in a peaceful lakeside city surrounded by mountains, where I feel with the linguistic and technical expertise required to offer high-quality and timely solutions to the Spanish-speaking community.
