I started translating back in 2001. Since then, several million words have shaped my hands
I have a degree in Portuguese and Galician Languages and Literature from the University of Santiago de Compostela, with some programming language subjects taken at the University of A Coruña.
After finishing my studies in linguistics, I moved to Madrid, where I worked for one of the major Spanish banks (BBVA) in the creation of their e-banking website, acquiring a solid background in financial and programming matters.
After deciding to concentrate on translation, I created a website that served as a meeting point for freelance translators from 2006 to 2015. During this period, I gained significant experience in managing large projects.
I have worked with many international translation agencies, offering my services as a freelance consultant. I joined Kennis Translations from 2012-2017, where I was responsible for business development in Spain.
