As a CEO of a technology venture company and a long time entrepreneur, having started and operated several businesses internationally, I also work as an independent business consultant.

While not being a lawyer, who can provide legal advices, I work with my clients, providing feedback from my past experiences in negotiating business contracts, patent filing and portfolio management, establishing foreign subsidiaries and foreign offices (particularly between US and Japan), IP licensing, import/export, marketing and general business operations.

My training in translation comes from real business operational experiences of having started and operated my businesses between US and Japan.
