البــاب الأول :
أحكـام عـامـة
المادة الأولى : تطبيقا لأحكام النظام الأساسي للجمعية المسماة "تحالف المنظمات غير الحكومية لمكافحة داء السرطان بدول شرق المتوسط" المصادق عليه من قبل الجمع العام التأسيسي المنعقد بمراكش بالمملكة المغربية يوم الخميس 11 من ذي القعدة 1428 (22 نوفمبر 2007)، يحدد هذا النظام الداخلي، طبقا للأحكام الواردة بعده، القواعد المتعلقة بتنظيم وتسيير التحالف والإجراءات التطبيقية لنظامه الأساسي واختصاصات مجلسه العلمي وكيفية تأليفه وتسييره وكذا لجان عمله.
المادة 2 : يقصد بالمنظمات غير الحكومية لمكافحة داء السرطان بدول شرق المتوسط الجمعيات الأهلية العاملة في مجال مكافحة داء السرطان ومساعدة المصابين به كما هو مشار إليهما في المادة 5 من النظام الأساسي للتحالف والمنتمية إلى إحدى الدول التالية :
- جمهورية أفغانستان
- مملكة البحرين
- جمهورية جيبوتي
- جمهورية مصر العربية
- الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية
- جمهورية العراق
- المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية
- دولة الكويت
- الجمهورية اللبنانية
- الجماهيرية العربية الليبية الشعبية الاشتراكية العظمى
- المملكة المغربية
- سلطنة عمان
- جمهورية باكستان

المادة 3 : تمنح العضوية في التحالف للأصناف التالية: الجمعيات الأهلية، اتحادات الجمعيات، الشخصيات الذاتية.
يجب أن تتوفر في المرشح للعضوية الشروط التالية :
Translation - English “Bylaws of the Eastern Mediterranean Regional Alliance of Non Governmental Organizations against Cancer”
First Chapter:
General Provisions
Article I: The present bylaws shall define, according to the provisions set out hereinafter, the rules relating to the regulation and management of the Alliance and the applicable procedures of its statute and the competences of the scientific council and the way of its establishment and management as well as its work committees, in accordance with the provisions of the Statute of the Association named " Eastern Mediterranean Regional Alliance of Non Governmental Organizations against Cancer ", ratified by the founding general assembly held in Marrakech, in the Kingdom of Morocco on Thursday 22 November 2007 (corresponding to 11 Dhu al-Qi'dah 1428).
Article 2: The non-governmental organizations against cancer in the Eastern Mediterranean Region shall refer to the civil associations acting in the field of cancer-fighting and the assistance of its patients, as set out in Article 5 of the Statute of the Alliance, and which belong to one of the following States:
- The Republic of Afghanistan
- The Kingdom of Bahrain
- The Republic of Djibouti
- The Arab Republic of Egypt
- The Islamic Republic of Iran
- Iraq
- Jordan
- Kuwait
- Lebanon
- The Socialist People's Libyan Arab Great Jamahiriya
- Morocco
- Oman
- The Republic of Pakistan
- The State of Palestine
- Qatar
- Saudi Arabia
- The Republic of Somalia
- Sudan
- The Syrian Arab Republic
- The Republic of Tunisia
- United Arab Emirates
- The Republic of Yemen
Second Chapter
Membership
Article 3: The membership in the Alliance shall be granted to the following: Civil associations, Unions of association, and natural persons.
Candidate to membership shall meet the following conditions:

Source text - English A. Initial Term - The Term of this Agreement will commence on and will remain in force until thé dates
set forth in thé Schedules, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
B. Renewal Terms - This Agreement may be renewed by Sublicensee for additional five year renewal
Terms at thé end of thé initial Term or any renewal Term. Sublicensee must advise Master Licensee of
its intention to renew this Agreement by notice received by Master Licensee at least six months before
thé renewal date. Master Licensee may, by notice to Sublicensee received at least three months before
thé renewal date, refuse to permit such renewal, if Sublicensee breached a material provision of this
Agreement during thé then-current Term, including in particular provisions concerning payments. In
thé event Sublicensee elects to renew thé Term of this Agreement, such élection will be subject to thé
payment by Sublicensee to Master Licensee of thé renewal fée provided for in thé Schedules, thé
exécution by Sublicensee of a written undertaking, in such form as Master Licensee may reasonably
require, to amend this Agreement as may be necessary to conform to thé then-current form of
Sublicensee Agreement used by thé Master Licensee for comparable Sublicensees, together with thé
satisfaction of any other conditions that Master Licensee may require.
Translation - Arabic أ- المدة المبدئية- يبدأ استحقاق هذا العقد ويظل حيز التنفيذ إلى حين بلوغ التاريخ المنصوص عليه في اللوائح إلا إذا تم إنهاؤه قبل ذلك كما هو مشار إليه في هذا العقد.
ب- تجديد المدة- يسوغ للمرخص له بالتفويض تجديد هذا العقد لمدة 5 سنوات إضافية بعد انتهاء المدة المبدئية أو أي مدة تم تجديدها. يجب على المرخص له بالتفويض إبلاغ المرخص له الأصلي برغبته في تجديد العقد عن طريق إخطار يتسلمه المرخص له الأصلي على الأقل ستة أشهر قبل تاريخ التجديد، كما يمكن للمرخص له الأصلي أن يرفض الترخيص لهذا التمديد عن طريق إخطار خطي يتسلمه المرخص له بالتفويض ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل قبل تاريخ التجديد إذا ما كان المرخص له بالتفويض قد خرق إحدى مقتضيات هذا العقد خلال المدة السارية آنذاك بما في ذلك المقتضيات الخاصة بالأداء. وفي حالة ما إذا قرر المرخص له بالتفويض تجديد مدة هذا العقد فإنه يكون عليه أداء مصاريف التجديد المنصوص عليها في لوائح هذا العقد للمرخص له الأصلي وإنجاز تعهد مكتوب، بالصيغة المنطقية التي يطلبها المرخص الأصلي، يلتزم فيه بتعديل هذا العقد حسب الضرورة لكي يتماشى وصيغة عقد المرخص له بالتفويض القائمة حينه و التي يستعملها المرخص له الأصلي مع مرخص لهم بالتفويض مماثلين، بالإضافة إلى الالتزام بأي شرط يمكن أن يطلبه المرخص له الأصلي.
