Source text - English In January 2008, Facebook banned the application Secret Crush after it was reported to have led users to install Zango adware.3 (See Figure 1 for other examples of widespread threats.) The significance is that Facebook doesn’t review applications, and things can (and have) “slipped” by. Although this reported case was more of an annoyance (adware), the next could be much worse.
Approximately nine months after Facebook launched its platform, MySpace followed suit, and recently Google released an application program interface (API) for orkut, Google’s social networking site. Although these platforms have set the stage for the next generation of social networking sites, they have also created another vector for attackers to exploit.

本契約は、乙の分散システムソフトウェア製品、メインフレームソフトウェア製品、サポートサービス及び付属文書類（以下、「契約製品」という）のライセンス承諾について両当事者が合意した契約条件を規定するものである。本契約締結と動じに又は将来において、両当事者間で個別の製品契約書（以下、「個別製品契約書」という）が締結されるものとし、これは本契約に添付され本契約と一体をなす。各個別製品契約書は、本契約に規定する契約製品をしようする権利を甲に対し付与するための別個のライセンス許諾とみなされる。乙は、個別製品契約書を発行し、又はこれを受諾する何らの義務も負わない。本契約の締結のみでは契約製品は提供されず、別途に個別製品契約書又はその他両当事者が承諾するオーダー書類の締結が必要となる。
Translation - English 1. Contents of Agreements
This agreement defines the licensing terms agreed upon by both Licensee and Licensor regarding the Distributed Systems Software, Mainframe Software Products, Support Services and Documentation (“licensed products”). Licenses agreed upon at this date, and future individual product licenses agreements (“Individual Product License Agreement”) are to be attached to, as part of this agreement. Individual Product License Agreements are considered individual license agreements allowing the use of licensed products as defined in this agreement between Licensee, and Licensor. Licensor acts as issuer of these Individual Product Licenses and hold no responsibility in accepting these terms. Licensed Products are not provided at the signing of this agreement. Licensed Products will be provided with signing of Individual Product License Agreements or product order documentation between both parties.
