DEMOUNTING AND MOUNTING OF DRIVE UNIT, CHANGING OF WHEEL

2 Preparatory actions
Drive the drum empty.
If necessary, remove handrails of service platform in the area of the drive wheels to be maintained.
Remove safety guards from the drive area.
Detach cables of electric motors and control devices, if needed.
Connect the extraction base (1110736) to the end of the drive base.
Attach the guide rails (1110721) of the gear reducer bracket to the drive base.
Attach the cylinder to the lugs of the extraction base and gear reducer bracket (in the first phase of extraction, move the cylinder out so that the piston rod reaches the lug of the gear reducer bracket).
Connect the hydraulic pump to the cylinder.
3 Demounting and extraction of drives
Pump the cylinder outwards with approx. 50 bar pressure so that the gear reducer bracket is pushed towards the drum.
Open and remove the fastening screws of the gear reducer bracket.
Detach the two positioning wedges of the gear reducer bracket from the drive base. If needed, increase pressure till the gear reducer bracket comes off from the wedges.
Move the drive by pumping the cylinder inwards till the lower wheels of the boggie get loose from the shell.
Fit a turnbuckle screw between the gear reducer and gear reducer bracket and tighten it.
Continue moving the drive till the end of the cylinder stroke (lift the lower wheels of the boggie onto the drive base by tightening the turnbuckle screw, NOT by pulling with the cylinder).
Loosen the lock pins of the cylinder lug and pump the cylinder piston outwards so that the lock pins go into the holes of the extraction base nearest to the full cylinder stroke (hole spacing 75 mm).
A transferring distance of ab. 1800 mm is reached by moving the cylinder twice. Then the gear reducer bracket of the drive lies on the extraction base and e.g. tyres can be changed.
During transportation by e.g. a crane, a turnbuckle screw is used to lock the position of the gear reducer and its bracket.
4 Demounting and mounting of wheel
When changing the lower wheels of the boggie, the wheels are detached from the base by means of the turnbuckle screw.
Before removing the nuts of a wheel (span 32 mm), make sure that the wheels cannot fall down. E.g., the wheels can be suspended from a crane by lifting ropes through the other valve opening (rotate the opening to its uppermost position).
NOTE! Handle the wheels with care in order to prevent the valves and extensions from getting damaged.
Take the wheel to be changed from the shaft.
Mount the new wheel(s) to the shaft (draw carefully the valve extension of the inner wheel through the opening of the outer wheel) and fasten two nuts to opposite sides of the wheel.
Detach the lifting ropes and fasten the rest of the nuts.
Fasten the nuts by driving them crosswise and tightening them into 600 Nm.
NOTE! Use appropriate glue to secure the fastening of valve extension tubes.
5 Mounting of drive wheels
Push the drive by pumping the cylinder piston outwards.
Move the cylinder lug by means of the cylinder just like when drawing out the wheels.
During the last pushing phase, remove the turnbuckle screw when the upper wheels of the boggie touch the shell.
Push the gear reducer bracket with the cylinder over the final position so that the positioning wedges can be easily mounted into their grooves.
After fastening the wedges, draw the gear reducer bracket to lean against the wedges, fasten the bolts of the gear reducer bracket and tighten them into 900 Nm.
Detach the piston rod of the cylinder from the lug of the gear reducer bracket.
Detach the extraction base and the guide rails of the gear reducer bracket from the drive base.
Connect the electric and control cables.
Remount the railings of service platforms and the safety guards if demounted
Loosen the pump from the cylinder. The cylinder can remain attached to the base (Note: protect the hose connectors against impurities).
Check tyre pressures.

2 Pripremne aktivnosti
Isprazniti bubanj za otkoravanje.
Ukoliko je neophodno, ukloniti zaštitnu ogradu sa servisne platforme u zoni gdje se nalaze pogonske jedinice.
Ukloniti zaštitne mreže sa pogonskih jedinica.
Ukoliko je potrebno, otkopčati kablove sa elektromotora I kontrolnih uređaja.
Spojiti postolje za izvlačenje (1110736) na kraj postolja pogonske jedinice.
Spojiti klizne staze (1110721) nosača reduktora na postolje pogonske jedinice.
Skopčati cilindar na poluge postolja za izvlačenje I nosač reduktora (u prvoj fazi izvlačenja, pomjeriti cilindar tako da klip cilindra dodje do poluge nosača reduktora).
Spojiti hidrauličnu pumpu na cilindar.
3 Demontaža I izvlačenje pogonskih jedinica
Izvući cilindar vani koristeći pritisak od 50 bara tako da se nosač reduktora pomjeri prema bubnju.
Odvrnuti I skinuti vijke za stezanje nosača reduktora.
Skinuti klinove sa nosača reduktora sa postolja pogonske jedinice. Ukoliko je potrebno, povećati pritisak dok nosač reduktora ne siđe sa klinova.
Pomicati pogonsku jedinicu uvlačeći cilindar dok se donji točkovi ne odvoje od bubnja..
Ubaciti španer vijak između nosača reduktora I reduktora I zategnuti ga.
Nastaviti sa pomjeranjem pogonske jedinice do kraja klipa (podignuti donje točkove na postolje pogonske jedinice zatežući španer vijak, NE povlačiti cilindrom).
Izvući štiftove poluge cilindra I izvući cilindar tako da se rupe za štiftove na klipu poklope sa rupama postolja za izvlačenje koje su najbliže distanci potpuno izvučenog klipa (razmak između rupa 75mm).
Prenosna distanca od oko 1800 mm se postiže dvostrukim pomjeranjem cilindra. Tada nosač reduktora pogonske jedinice leži na postolju za izvlačenje I onda se npr. mogu mijenjati gume..
Tokom transportovanja npr. kranom, španer vijci se koriste za fiksiranje položaja reduktora pogona I njegovog nosača.
4 Montaža I demontaža točkova
Prilikom promjene donjih točkova, točkovi su odvojeni od postolja korištenjem španer vijka.
Prije skidanja matica sa točkova (32 mm), voditi računa da točkovi ne spadnu. Npr, točkovi se mogu osigurati sa krana korištenjem sajli za podizanje koje se provlače kroz drugi otvor za ventil (rotirati otvor u njegov najviši položaj).
NAPOMENA! Voditi računa kod promjene točkova da ne dodje do oštećenja ventila I produžetaka na ventilima.
Skinuti točak koji se mijenja sa osovine.
Namontirati novi točak (točkove) na osovinu (pažljivo provući produžetak ventila kroz otvor na točku) I stegnuti matice.
Otkačiti sajle za podizanje I stegnuti ostale matice.
Stezati matice unakrsno na silu od 600 Nm.
NAPOMENA! Koristiti odgovarajuće ljepilo sa fiksiranje creva na produžecima ventila.
5 Montaža pogonskih točkova
Gurnuti pogonsku jedinicu izvlačenjem klipa cilindra.
Pomjeriti polugu cilindra korištenjem cilindra kao prilikom izvlačenja točkova.
Tokom zadnje faze pomjeranja, skinuti španer vijak kada gornji točkovi dotaknu bubanj.
Gurnuti nosač reduktora cilindrom u krajnji položaj tako da se klinovi mogu lako postaviti na svoja mjesta.
Nakon stezanja klinova, popustiti nosač reduktora tako da se osloni na klinove, stegnuti vijke nosača reduktora na silu od 900 Nm.
Skinuti klip cilindra sa poluge nosača reduktora.
Skinuti postolje za izvlačenje I klizne staze reduktora sa postolja pogonske jedinice.
Spojiti kablove na elektromotorima I kontrolnim uređajima.
Ponovo vratiti ograde na servisnim platformama I zaštitne mreže ukoliko su skinute
Otkačiti pumpu sa cilindra. Cilindar može ostati spojen na postolje
Napomena! Spojke na cilindru zaštititi od nečistoća.
Provjeriti pritisak guma.
