An honest look at the people of the world [shows] a mad rush day in and day out in pursuit of pointless affairs, using up all the energies of heart and mind in a meaningless passage through an insubstantial life. It even leads to the corruption of general morality and a violation of reason until we are all trapped in transgression. Is this not a great obstacle? The author was pained by this and went to lengths to show it clearly, showing how to progress from various approaches. He of necessity desired to exert his utmost that we would return to the True Way and not allow us to tread back into old faults. If this is not “overcoming obstacles,” then what else could it be?

Translation - English Mo Yan’s Copyright Faces Severe Infringement after Winning Award
The copyright privileges of the famous Chinese writer Mo Yan, recipient of the Nobel Prize for Literature, have been severely challenged by unauthorized publications, leading to concern by all relevant parties.
On Monday the 22nd (October 2012) a joint news conference was held by the General Copyright Office the China News Agency, the Publishing Bureau of Beijing Municipal News, the Jingdian Bo Company of Beijing who hold Mo Yan’s copyright as well as publishers from Author’s Publishing and others, offering pointed statements and explanation of the problems associated with Mo Yan’s copyright privilege.
When Mo Yan won the Nobel Prize for Literature it instigated a “Mo Yan book craze,” but at the same time there appeared large-scale piracy and infringement of his works. ...
