I'm also the author/artist of a couple of tarot decks - Golden Tarot and Touchstone Tarot but as those of you who are also authors probably know, royalties make you a very meagre living (even though my decks are some of the most popular in the world). So my latest plan in my mission to make a living from my art (and avoid getting a Real Job!) is to develop iPhone Apps that use my Touchstone Tarot deck.

I have always wanted my decks to be available in Languages Other Than English but it's difficult to convince publishers it's viable. But now, with digital technology, I can put my iPhone App out in any language for just the cost of translation and a couple of days carefully copying and pasting into the code. Sales are modest so far - just a couple a day in each language, but it all adds to me being able to make a living, and I'm SO happy that it makes my work accessible to people who don't happen to speak English.
