Hello,
I have more than 27 years of experience as technical translator (English - Dutch) and I work with several translation tools, such as Trados, Idiom, Catalyst, Memsource, memoQ and TranslatorTool. I have worked on projects for Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Adobe, Microsoft, Business Objects, Samsung, Vodafone etc, and I translate software, Help files, documentation and manuals.
I am flexible because I work at home, but I am also willing to work on location (abroad not longer than 2 weeks). I can handle a volume of max. 4000 words a day, but for long-term projects I mostly accept a volume of 2500 words a day. My rate is 0,08 - 010 euro/word for translation jobs at home.
I do not accept reviews and I do not translate marketing or legal texts.
My hobbies (and other translation fields) are music and cooking.
