Auto Book
Auto Book is a system for automatically extracting purchase order data. If at any point in your invoicing process you have to manually copy and paste data - e.g. from an email or PDF to your local database or cloud-system - Auto Book will make your life easier by automatically capturing the data you need and storing them locally on your computer.
It can be used unilaterally, i.e. doesn't require the sender of data to also use Auto Book, and the data can be presented in an arbitrary format.
It's significantly faster than cloud-systems as it doesn't require you to log in anywhere. All data are saved transparently in tab-separated text files. Access is near-instantaneous via a data viewer with useful functions such as summation. Tabular data can be directly pasted to Excel and other applications or alternatively output in a user-defined format.

We convert scans or other non-editable files into professionally formatted MS Word documents optimized for CAT use with correct spelling and all formatting attributes such as header, footer, tables, columns, automatic table of contents, etc. as appropriate. The layout is created completely manually, and the price is typically in the low single-digit percentage area relative to the total cost of translation.
