Right, it's still not possible Jul 14, 2016

Michael

You're right, there is no "Date" column in the Files list of a project, even in the latest version of Studio.

I guess that implementing this is not high priority.

Personally, I don't mind. I never needed to use this and I don't actually see a use case for it.

Sort by Status Sep 3, 2016

Hi, Doron

I know you asked this long ago (and perhaps you've already figured out how to do it), but I came up with the same problem. No, Trados doesn't have a way of sorting by date, which can be quite useful when you have 200 files and need to add 7 files at the same time, Trados adding them up all scrambled on such a list of files.

Sort by STATUS; if it's not showing up as an option, add it. You can add this option. The idea is that the new files are "new" and haven't

Sort by STATUS; if it's not showing up as an option, add it. You can add this option. The idea is that the new files are "new" and haven't been translated yet but the other 200 files have, so these new files will show up together first (or last, depending on whether the STATUS arrow is pointing up or down).

I'm almost sure the rest of the already existing files there will also show up in order, only too bad no date is shown so you can't know if this is completely true or when you created them, but at least the first problem is solved with this option.

Thanks Christina Sep 7, 2016

It's absurd that such a simple option is not available, they release new versions every year and the new features often don't bring much.

I will check with the Status Change. Thank you!
