Dear Mr. Sofian,

If you want to use more than one TM in SDL Trados Studio 2011, you can follow the following steps:

Go to Project > Project Settings > Language Pairs > All Language Pairs > Translation Memory and Automated Translation

Please check this link
http://im63.gulfup.com/iiVyQl.jpg

From here, you can add many TMs.

Export to tmx and import Jun 22, 2014

Hello, export the TM you want to merge in tmx format, then import the tmx file in the main TM. You can do this in the Translation memories pane or in the Project Settings window.

Merging is not available in SDL Trados 2011 Jun 24, 2014

This option is not available in SDL Trados 2011. You can export your TMs to .txt formats then create a new TM and import all the exported ones you have. After that, you can upgrade the TM you have via SDL Trados 2011

Thank you.

Hi,

This ability to merge TMs has been there since Studio 2009! You can find a video here on how to do this in general (using 2014) : http://goo.gl/DlqbMj

In 2009 and 2011 you can find the option here:

Translation Memories View -> Tools -> Upgrade Translation Memories

Regards

Paul
