"concentration through yoga" produces more than 30 thou. hits, while "relaxation through yoga" is in about 20 thou. hits. If you focus yourself that you need relaxation, it's yoga. If you just relax, there is no yoga, imho.

For those who are so disdainful, I suggest that you try to open up your minds a little. It's no a sport, as some seem to think. Yoga can make a fantastic difference in overall health AND productivity and mental alertness. I was practicing yoga the time I turned out 9,000 words in a day. I occasionally try some yoga-type stretching exercises to relieve upper back tension/pain, but I don't "do" yoga on a regular basis. I'm the kind of person who needs someone to egg them on in most types of exercise, otherwise I tend to do things randomly rather than regularly.
