According to Google search May 5, 2012

"concentration through yoga" produces more than 30 thou. hits, while
"relaxation through yoga" is in about 20 thou. hits. If you focus yourself that you need relaxation, it's yoga. If you just relax, there is no yoga, imho.

Yes. Which channel are we on, by the way?

I thought Proz polls were an opportunity to compare and learn about our counterparts around the world. But, then we all have different expectations, don't we.

Do you want Fox news or BBC documentaries? They are both "polls apart."

I would hardly compare a genuine, lively interest in the lives and preferences of one's colleagues with Fox news. Arrgghh!

It's a very good question May 6, 2012

For those who are so disdainful, I suggest that you try to open up your minds a little.

Other May 6, 2012

I occasionally try some yoga-type stretching exercises to relieve upper back tension/pain, but I don't "do" yoga on a regular basis. I'm the kind of person who needs someone to egg them on in most types of exercise, otherwise I tend to do things randomly rather than regularly.

Whatever floats your boat...
