Hello. I am new to ProZ .com and just getting started in Translating for income. I have not yet decided on a specialty however I am looking to explore the legal, educational, or employment industries. Tomas, Actually either hiring or being hired would work however I am not currently working on a translation that I could hire a translator to help with. Have you worked with other translators before?
Prof., Yes, I have contacted a mentor within ProZ and am currently waiting a response.
Thank you very much for your responses.

I reckon that after your studies your best option is to try to get in touch with a mentor.
I don't think mentoring would be an option in my case. I am terribly picky about everything and would be a true pain in the neck as a mentor. Would never be happy!!
Good luck!
