My best guess is that it means 'crisis situation', but I know that a guessing game doesn't work here, hence my turning to ProZians help.
Thanks.

English translation:The overpowering pleasure of Spring
Explanation:
First of all, your link (to the TV serial) does not work. I've taken the liberty of providing the correct link here.

I believe that this means "the overpowering pleasure of Spring" or "the intoxicating joy of Spring".

It could be based on the fact that when spring comes around, we suddenly experience happiness that overwhelms our senses and brings us great happiness and joy, making us forget our day-to-day troubles.

Don't know whether my suggestion is in accord with the theme of the play. You can find a summary of the drama online. Here is a link to the summary of the last episode: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6jzdfx

I am sorry, I was on mobile and could not write details.
In poetic language, the word کیف means "ecstasy" or overwhelming joy" . In that sense, the suitable meaning would be:

"Ecstatic state of spring" or "joys of spring" or simply :State of spring"
