Moazzam Ali sahib, I'm a little confused by your post, as I think I made it clear enough that ماں صدقے is something a mother would say to her child, as opposed to صدقے تمہارے , which anyone can say to their beloved. When I said it has the same meaning, I meant they are equivalent expressions of love, but that ماں is the subject of the phrase ماں صدقے، whereas صدقے تمہارے does not have a subject, so anyone can use it. (صدقے تمہارے has the object in تمہارے - which can be used for any beloved). I am very much a native Urdu speaker with native grasp of English as well, and perhaps that's what caused the confusion.

Is used by mother only and not by anyone else. Only Native speaker understand s this situation .

However the same word صدقے can be used by anyone. Else for one's most dear personality, or country as well. But as far as this specific sentence is concerned it exclusively belongs to a mother for her child.

ماں صدقے has same meaning as صدقےتمہارے، except it is something that would be said by a mother to her child, while صدقے تمہارے doesn't have an explicit subject, so can be said by anyone to anyone. It is an expression of utmost love for the person it is said to -- an expression indicating you would gladly give your all to them.
