In the health resorts of Russia there has been accumulated a vast experience of using natural and artificial physical factors for the treatment of arterial hypertension.

The main natural therapeutic factors are the salt water and the sapropelic mud of the Techirghiol lake.

I see the situation now, that center controls the quality of natural remedies such as mineral water, salt, etc. and certifies means (equipment, devices,... whatever) for generating physical therapeutic factors (stimuli,.. don\'t know which word fits best here) such as laser light, electric current, radiation, heat, etc. Go to a resort, and you\'ll figure out what all those things are :)

remedies, which were formed beforehand

Explanation:
It's not easy to explain this stuff in English- but I'll try.First, I am not sure (quite an opposite) that this word(преформовані) exists in Ukrainian.Anyway, it does in English, so actually you don't need the translation. But- it's something that was formed earlier(by somebody, not by nature or itself - from the sentence), so it has to be in Passive. As for remedies - my guess is in connection with the other question(smth with microbial count).Засоби- (средства-рос.)- it can be 1/means; 2/remedies(drugs).Natural and artificial?- supposed to be remedies.

I really had doubts about this word in English also but I was surprised when I found:preform/lat.praeformate,fr.prae+formare to form,fr. forma - form/
v.1.to form or shape beforehand;2.to bring to approximate preliminary shape and size(preform also noun) from Merriam Webster\'s Collegiate Dictionary,10th ed.
And somebody took it and wrote in Ukrainian text just with another letters- that\'s all.As for the word \"form\" - I understood the meaning at once, but I\'ve never heard it in no Russian neither Ukrainian.And- David said- the same in English. But it\'s not the translater\'s fault, right? He got the stuff and has to deal with it.

Explanation:
Thanks to the other answers I understand this, but I think that "preformed" is not helpful in the English.

I doubt if this really means \"preformed\", as in \"shaped beforehand\", so I think the translator has to improve the text slightly!

-> Yes - I think we agree on the meaning, but maybe not on how the translator should deal with the poor original!
