Ukrainian to English translations [PRO]

Ukrainian term or phrase: в/д
In a Ukrainian-language text, this abbreviation is used in an address "в/д Кіпр в/д Лімасол... вул...." The only idea I came up with was "до вимоги" in Ukr or "до востребования" in Russian that doesn't feel right at all. It reminds me of "на деревню дедушке." Thank you so much for your help!
