Ukrainian term or phrase: до організаційних майнових правовідносин
Specifically, I'm looking for a suitable translation for організаціний. "Organisational" clearly doesn't fit - the discussion goes on to talk about different types of representation, including personal and commercial rights of representation. Here is the whole paragraph.

За своєю правовою природою відносини представництва належать ***до організаційних майнових правовідносин***, головним змістом яких є сукупність прав і обов'язків сторін по створенню передумов для виникнення безпосередньо у того, кого представляють, прав і обов'язків внаслідок вчинення правочинів від його імені представником.

institutional property matters
Explanation:
This is what I believe is meant here. Moreover I feel that "real property" is what is actually meant by "property".

Ok, David, good point. I googled your phrase and it appears that it is a mistake. It should read: організаційно-майнових, and even with that correction this legal term is misplaced in this context.

It is a civil law term of a Soviet coinage and means something like "legal structure of something", and is usually used to describe a different organizational structure or a form of a business (LLC, LLP, LTD, etc.). And while "Організаційно-майнови правовідносини" is not a correct term, I am now sure the author meant "the structure/form/type of the legal relationship between the grantor and its representative/agent".

Your note made more sense of this: "organizational and property relationships" is better, but "legal structures" made even more sense! Since I've already used "legal nature", I settled for "formal".
Thanks for your help!

Asker: The trouble is that this analysis is broader than real estate/immovable property and covers any right of representation, whether on behalf of an individual or a large corporation. For example, this might cover the right of a disabled child to go to a particular school or to spend some money on care. It might equally cover the right of some multinational corporation to acquire a stake in a Brazilian company. Both of these might require some right of representation.

Asker: Hi Angela! I considered "institutional" but it really didn't fit. I'm not sure either that "real property" (майно/имущество) is what is meant here. The problem is that this analysis covers a range of possibilities ranging from corporate to personal representation. Further on, we have У відносинах добровільного представництва, що ґрунтується на волевиявленні того, кого представляють, представлюваною стороною може бути лише дієздатна фізична особа, яка в змозі вільно сформувати свою волю і адекватно виразити її ззовні. I don't see how this can be reconciled with "organisational" or "institutional", and I think that майновий has the broader meaning of "assets" of any kind.
