neutral  Angela Greenfield: I personally agree with Alexander since no official would use the word "app" in the context of an official interview. Otherwise, your answer is perfectly fine//Agree, but it's beyond the point, since the request was to translate "в хмарних застосунках":-)

  -> This may be a good point: "cloud application based" or the much more common "cloud-based" might correspond better to an official interview. However, "resources in cloud applications" is just not the unwieldy way a native would express this concept in ENG.
