disagree  Adil Uskudarli: `When you say "Canagini kirarim" you are addressing the seond or third person or persons..Whereas screw up is for the first person. In other words, when you can say "I screwed up" which would correspond to "cuvallamak." In short you have to omit the "up."

I looked into the dictionary this morning and it says to \"cause\" to confound. . .In that case you might be right, but still I never have heard anyone say \" I screwed him up.\" Conversely, people say \" I screwed him.\" Or they say \" I screwed up.\"
