Thank you for your answer especially the French one : "Responsabilité réciproque" which I have selected. The litteral translation in French for "çapraz sorumluluk" would be " responsabilité croisée"like "cross liability" in English but "réciproque" sounds to me more appropriate. Cok tesekkür ederim.
