VEKİL ÖDENTİSİ
Eğer kendi görevlerinize ek olarak sizden üst seviyedeki mesai arkadaşınızın tüm görevlerini en az 5 iş günü ardı ardına üstlenirseniz, ücretinizin %10’u kadar vekil ödentisi alırsınız. Bu ancak sizden üst derecedeki mesai arkadaşınıza vekalet ettiğinizde olur. Bu artış iki derece üstteki iş arkadaşınızın görevlerini üstlenirseniz %20 olur. Vekillik ücretinin uygulanabilmesi için, vekaletin uygulanmaya başlamasından önce Türkiye Direktörünün onayının alınması gerekmektedir. Direktörün bu onayı vermesi için üst derecedeki görevlerin layığıyla yerine getirileceği konusunda garanti verilmesi gerekir. Eğer sadece görevin bir kısmı yerine getirilecek ise vekil ödentisi oranının azalmasına karar verilir.

Ödenti TDK'dan bakıldığında aidat anlamına geliyor. Ancak bağlam aidat (subscription) ifadesine oturmuyor. İki türlü düşünebiliriz. Fazla karmaşaya gerek kalmaksızın doğrudan deputy fee diyebiliriz, vekil ücreti olarak ifade etmek için. Şayet vekil ücreti için bir para ayrıldığı şeklinde bağlamda herhangi bir yerde açıklama geçiyorsa deputy allowance da olur. Bazen basit bir ifade en iyisidir, tam karşılar.
