1- once more: bir kez daha anlaminda yani bir tekrardan bahsediyor. Burada tekrar yok yerine baska bir bakis acisi tavsiye ediliyor.
2- for a change: bir degisilik amaci ile “contrary to how things usually happen or in order to introduce variety.” Eger ilgili metinde koprunun baska gorunumu vs tarifi varsa kiyaslama amaci ile bu tabir kullanilabilir.

Bu tarz metinlerde cümlenin her öğesi hedef metne taşınmak zorunda değil, önemli olan tek şey anlamı karşıya taşıyabilmek. Buradaki anlamsa 'daha önce tecrübe etmediğiniz bu manzarayı tecrübe edin' diyerek okuyanı X köprüsünden görülen manzaraya davet etmek. Dolayısıyla, aynı anlamda İngilizce bir cümle yazılsaydı, "Experience the excellent view of ABC from the XYZ bridge." civarında bir cümle olurdu ve görebileceğimiz gibi 'bir de'nin leksikal karşılığı olan hiçbir şey içermezdi.
