birlikte sanık R. her ne kadar hakaret eylemini kabul etmemiş ise de, tanıkların, sanık R.'ın "pis Türk"
dediğine dair beyanları dikkate alındığında, sanığın inkara yönelik savunmasına itibar
edilmemiş, sanıkların hakaret eylemini karşılıklı gerçekleştirmiş olmaları nedeniyle atılı
suçtan TCK 129/3 maddesi uyarınca ceza verilmesine yer olmadığına karar verilmiştir.


I am struggling with the whole 'sanığın inkara yönelik savunmasına itibar
edilmemiş'. Am I correct that the court does not believe the denial that the suspect mentioned in his defence? Or does anyone have a better translation?
