"Tercihen" sözcüğü yanlış yazılmış olmalı; doğrusu "teşdiden" yani "ağırlaştırılmış olarak" olmalı. Yargıç suça ceza verirken cezanın alt sınırından başlıyor; cezayı ağırlaştırıcı sebepler varsa, cezayı "takdiren (suçla orantılı olarak) ve teşdiden (ağırlaştırılmış olarak)" diyerek veriyor.

Asker: Thank you for your reply. Only, there are no aggravating factors in this case which is why I do not think there is a typo. I think they really meant 'tercihen'. Any suggestions are still welcome ;-) Thank you!
