Swedish term or phrase: arbetade detaljer
Something tells me that "worked details" would not mean much to an English speaker.

Sentence given:
"Även bland årets nattlinnen och pyjamas finns gott om härligt lyxiga satinkvalitéer, spetsar och arbetade detaljer."

agree  Bianca Marsden-Day: though I would say 'detail' rather than 'details'. Though the source is plural, that doesn't necessarily mean the target text has to be plural - it sounds better as singular than plural in English, in my opinion.
