Asker: Thanks Lars. I agree with you, but the problem I have with this (and why I posted this), is that teletechnical gets all of 32 hits in a Google search. and none of them at all relevant. So as a term, "teletechnical" seems not to exist.

This is the simplest translation.
Teletechnical and teletechnological are very rare, and certainly I never heard them used in my telecommunications experience.
The difference between teletekniska signalsystem and telekommunicationssytem is neatly shown on page 36 of the reference PDF.
