proximallly in the angular artery

Explanation:
The angular artery is the end of the facial artery that branches off the external carotid artery according to wikipedia. This does sound rather a long way away from the heart.... or perhaps it just means proximally at an angle... These texts can be a bit of a pig's ear to translate.... :-(

There is no "angular artery" or arteria angularis in the coronary circulation.

I would check with the author.

Other possibility for "angularis" - acute marginal branch

The more I think about it, the more I lean towards "acute marginal branch".
