Yes the only difference in these links is the sv. and en. in the beginning. This was a way to get the Swe directly compared. But, my basic understanding is that an 'outlet' is where you are transfering power or signals (as in 'wall outlet' for a contact or plug), which is not what seems to be as here a 'hole' or penetration through which whole cables are threaded.
