Hello

Easy to understand and found all over Internet but I cannot find an 'official' translation on the Swedish gov sites nor anything that corresponds exactly in English

http://www.skatteverket.se/privat/fastigheterbostad/rotrutar...

So may major and minor work but that does not quite seem to fit as both are used for building work while rutarbetet seems to be household work

Before making a decision, I'd like your help on the neat little Swedish phrase.
