Can anybody help me find the best translation for fribrevsrätt? I am unsure between paid-up policy and vested right. It appears in the following contexts:

Skulle Arvidsson, på egen eller Företagets begäran, lämna sin tjänst före uppnådd ordanarie pensionsålder, har han rätt till fribrev avseende pensionsförmåner enligt punkterna 2 och 4. Fribrev beräknas enligt de försäkringstekniska grunder som vid var tid tillämpas av föräskringsgivaren.
